In line with Sojourn’s vision to see the gospel transform everything, Sojourn Women provides opportunities for all women to be equipped by God’s Word and encouraged by His people to live out the gospel in our vital roles as women, wives and mothers.
We emphasize life-on-life learning, sharing our trials and triumphs as we grow to know God, ourselves and one another better and see His gospel change us.
We offer training in how to feed ourselves from God’s Word, and courses to teach us the foundational truths which shape our lives and impact all our relationships.
We blog about everything from God and biblical womanhood, to relationships, organic gardening and couponing.
We have fun at retreats, mini-conferences and “girls’ night outs” while we learn what gospel-centered lives look like.
The best way to get plugged into the life of Sojourn Women is to get involved in a Community Group where you will know and be known by women who will love, encourage and challenge you, and point you to the only One who can complete you.
Women’s School
The first Sojourn Women’s School semester begins Monday, September 12. Deadline to register is August 22. Sojourn Women’s School is designed to help women grow in their knowledge of God and their ability to lead and serve others. In order to facilitate their growth, Women’s School combines
1) academic study, with
2) practical ministry, in the context of
3) small groups to promote character growth and accountability in learning
Women’s School is for any female Sojourn member who is currently serving or wishes to serve in a leadership role at Sojourn, (e.g., Community Group Leader, deacon, missionary, women’s mentor, children’s leader, etc.) as well as for any woman desiring to grow in gospel living in her home or community.
